This policy describes how this marketing website handles information. The short version: this site is designed to collect as little as possible, and your health information belongs in the patient portal — not here.
1. Health information — we don't want it here
This site does not collect, store, or transmit health information. All patient and health information you provide during registration, consultation, or care is collected and handled by the Heally platform under its own Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare privacy laws — not by this site.
2. What this site collects
Basic technical data — our hosting provider may log standard server information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.
3. How information is used
Only to respond to you, operate and secure the site, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Links to other sites
Booking, evaluation, and care happen on the Heally platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Heally states that its privacy practices are intended to comply with HIPAA and that it uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption, to help protect personal information. Heally's policy also explains the circumstances in which information may be used or disclosed to provide services, work with healthcare providers and service vendors, protect safety, or comply with law. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Other linked sites are likewise governed by their own policies.
5. California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. Given how little this site collects, most requests will be simple. Contact us at careteam+bunnywomenshealth@getheally.com to make a request. For patient data held by the Heally platform, direct requests to Heally per its privacy policy.
6. Data retention and security
Emails you send are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. We use commercially reasonable safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
